Why isn't the EP on Amazon.co.uk?

I really want to buy the Razor Red Noise EP, but for some reason it isn't on Amazon.co.uk, and customers from outside the US can't buy MP3s from Amazon.com. Also, I don't have a card which works with iTunes. Does anyone have a way I can get it?

That EP only exists in MP3 format. there isnt a phisical coppy of the EP. so im afraid. amazon MP3 or iTunes are your only options.
